Don’t Buy “Keep Your Customers”…yet

Keep Your Customers, my brand new book, is finally being published!

Most authors announce their book by saying Buy Now! Today, I’m sending you the opposite message.

DON’T buy my book.

At least, don’t buy it yet. Let me explain:

Here’s the deal. On April 14th, a full two years after I started writing, Keep Your Customers will officially hit the shelves. Two years – that’s a long time. So I want to make sure to give this book the best possible launch (given the unforeseen circumstances of launching during a global pandemic).

To celebrate the launch, I will be hosting an online party. All of you are invited! (You can RSVP for the Facebook event here.) At the party I will interview some of the business leaders featured in Keep Your Customers.

I will also take your questions about ways to make sure the customers you have worked so hard to earn stay with you through thick and thin. Covid19 means everyone is learning new ways to engage with our customers. As I shared in this video, there are concrete steps you can take – today – to keep your customers. I’ll share a lot more actionable steps during the launch party.

And finally, for the launch, the Kindle version of Keep Your Customers will be just $1.99.

This pricing is my way of saying thank you for being with me to celebrate. Whether you’ve been with me for years or are new to my methodology for customer loyalty and retention, I appreciate you. I value your engagement. I care about supporting your business through these tough times.

And I look forward to seeing you (virtually, of course) for the launch. Get all the details for the Facebook event and save your spot!
